Jaipur #MadeOfGreat - Drive-Design-Connect!

Growing up in this beautiful city has been a wonderful and amazing experience altogether. A good and peaceful city that has a lot within the circumference of the city is an ultimate bliss. It is great to have known and being connected to this city. The city that has caught me for lifetime is this city of Jaipur. I love it and love cherishing my time in this city. I have come to realize all this after having travelled to different parts of the country and world. 
DESIGNING of the city: 
The city of Japiur being the capital of the largest state Rajasthan is known for its historical and archaeological significances. The city has lot of traditions being followed since the ancient times. The city is popularly known the Pink City of India and most of the walls of the city are painted pink. The city also has Vastu Shastra linked to it with its three gates facing east, west and north gates. The city is quite unusual among the pre-modern Indian cities in the regularity of its streets. The urban quarters in the city divided by networks of gridded streets. Five quarters wrap around the east, south, and west sides of a central palace quarter, with a sixth quarter immediately to the east. The Palace quarter encloses the Hawa Mahal palace complex, formal gardens, and a small lake. The Nahargarh Fort, which was the residence of the King Sawai Jai Singh II, crowns the hill in the northwest corner of the old city.
DRIVING through the city: 
The traffic of the city is smooth flowing and the national highways do not pose halts and jams on the roads. The roads are well constructed and taken care. The driving through the city is not a hectic experience. The boards guide and give the directions. Also, the people in the city are humble and help anyone in need of the directions or guidance. 
CONNECTIVITY of the city: 
The city is very well connected to different parts of the country through roadways, railways and airways. The road connectivity is well developed and connects through cars, buses, cabs. The national railways have several express trains connecting several parts of the country. Also, the city has an airport that presents the opportunity of quick connectivity to other places in the country and abroad. Within the city, local autos, cabs, vans are available for the tourists to move from one place to another. The hotels are available at all the prices depending upon the comfort of the tourist. There are lot of sight seeing places in the city which have been connected very well. The local residents are humble and help the individuals from the other towns and states. The city has lot of handicrafts, toys, jewellery related stuff which brings people to the city for shopping purposes. There are camel and elephant rides offered throughout the city. The city has Jantar Mantar, Hawal Mahal, Jal Mahal, several ancient forts and museums, amongst the several places to offered to visit to the tourists. The food availability is quite varied, Rajasthani special being offered at all the places. 
The place which experiences a happening social life and fun- filled weekend getaways to peaceful and serene places across the city.

Nutty buddy chocolate brownie! - Sugar free Dessert challenge!

I often borrow my mother's kitchen and rob on the baking stuff and go around celebrating in kitchen with the amazing brownies that are always on my mind and with the SUGAR FREE DESSERT CHALLENGE that is going on, there was nothing better that I could come up with except the NUTTY-BUDDY CHOCOLATE BROWNIES.
Here are the ingredients that I go down collecting from various cabinets and have a time of mine in the kitchen.
  • Eggs
  • Flour
  • Sugar free natura
  • Baking powder
  • Cocoa powder
  • Butter
  • Nuts - almonds, raisins, cashews, walnuts
  • Salt
  • Dark chocolate
  • Chocolate sauce or vanilla ice-cream (for serving)

The method or the technique that I use in preparing is as follows:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit
  2. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
  3. Add sugar-free natura to the egg paste.
  4. The mixture is stir well.
  5. Butter is melted and added to the above mixture.
  6. Dark chocolate (liquid) is added next to the mixture.
  7. Add salt, cocoa powder, baking powder to the mixture.
  8. Now, add the grinder nuts such as almonds, raisins, cashews, walnuts to the above paste.
  9. Under bake just slightly.
  10. The brownie is kept to cool down and is ready to be served after cutting in desired shape and pieces.
  11. Served well with chocolate sauce or vanilla ice-cream

And, each time I cook this blissful dish, it gives me immense pleasure and satisfaction. I enjoy it for several days and then once it ends, I get into the cabinets of my mother's kitchen again, just to lurk in there and get my hands on to preparing this satisfying nutty-buddy chocolate brownie.

Real life togetherness!

Real life bonds are a lot important and one should not ignore them before the online, digital and smart devices that are largely occupying the space in one's life. In real life it is essential to break down the shackles and get into the real life bonds and relationships as this is what gives true happiness to an individual. It is important to give away the virtual life and online chats and talks, and meet the people in real life which gives more meaning and purpose to the life of a person.
It is high time that humans realise the importance of the real togetherness and that it holds a huge amount of importance in the lives of human as we human species are social beings and need to interact with other people in real life. Nature does a great job in making the bonds even stronger and grants more meaning to the lives of the individual. It is important that one meets the people in real life as it gives important and essential learnings in life. Nature also serves as a great stress buster and makes mind fresh. All the stress and worries can be driven away if one gets into the laps of nature and keeps aside the virtual bondings through the digital media and online media.
Nature does a great job in making the bonds even stronger and grants more meaning to the lives of the individual. It is important that one meets the people in real life as it gives important and essential learnings in life. Nature also serves as a great stress buster and makes mind fresh. All the stress and worries can be driven away if one gets into the laps of nature and keeps aside the virtual bondings through the digital media and online media.
The essence of a relationship and a bond could be expressed when real life meetings are held and the human emotions and sentiments could be understood and communicated to the other people. The interaction among the individuals is very important as it gives a better way of understanding the views of the people involved in the conversations. Also, it broadens the perspective of the individual and helps them to have a better understanding of the views of others. This helps in the development of the individual on a personal level and also, helps in understanding the other person as well. This is a way through which a person gets to know the other person and one should not ignore this major concept. 
A healthy communication in the company with the other person can be developed when one shuns away the smart phones and devices at least for sometime and step out in the real world and starts interacting with the other people and individuals which would be a great way to handle life's situations.

A great get-together with family!

There is no better bliss for a father, to hear the success stories of their children. This gives ultimate happiness, the feeling of accomplishment and attainment of pure bliss in life. Both of my daughters have given me lots of days to cherish in life making them the memorable days of life. Now, when I count memorable days on my fingers, my fingers fall short of the number. I have so many stories of the wonderful days to cherish and relinquish upon, which make me to tag myself as a proud father. Sounds great, eh ? Indeed, it does.

The story of a great day, which goes fresh in my mind as I pen down this post, is of the day, when I my elder daughter won the National Science Olympiad in her 10th standard and my younger daughter was selected in the state's basketball team. Both of the great news came to me on again a very special day for me, which was my wife's birthday. I had no better reason to be happy on that particular day. 

I thanked God, for the great things that were happening to me and family. We all had the best reasons to celebrate and cherish. They were the great achievements for my whole family. Everyone was congratulating us. The number of calls that we received that day surpassed the whole month's calls. Everyone got too busy on the calls, that we had to put our phones on silent mode and plan the celebration and enjoy the day together.

After me and my wife got free from our official work, we planned out our evening. We all decided to go for a shopping spree, followed by dinner and lastly by offering prayers at temple.

We all went to Cannaught Place in Delhi for shopping. I delighted my daughters by getting them the clothes, shoes, accessories and all that they wanted their cupboard to be stuffed with. My wife got a saree for herself and a pair of wedges for herself. It was their day and I wanted to see the smiles on their faces. I wanted to congratulate them for giving me the best moments of my life. 

After the shopping spree, we went to Warehouse Cafe for Dining. We opted for the terrace table and went there for our dinner. We all were having a great time. We had several talks and laughter on the dining table. 

After a good time on the dining table, we all went to Hanuman Mandir at Baba Kharak Singh Marg in Cannaught Place. It gave us the ultimate satisfaction by thanking God for the wonderful achievements and blessings. We sat for sometime in the hall for sometime. 

After our visit and prayer offerings in the temple, we left for our home. After reaching home, we played snakes and ladders. It was so much fun. We were celebrating the best moments of our life. It was a great day for all of us. We were enjoying it to the fullest and making the best out of it.

It was a great day for all of us. The feeling of togetherness that we experienced on that day were amazing and from then on we celebrated togetherness quite often, making lots of memories.

A New Life, A New Start!

In life, one gets lots of opportunities to learn through the teachings that are offered in several forms in life, be it in the form of successes or in the form of failures. One should consider them as opportunities and take the effective learnings from them and take the experience forward in unraveling the mysteries of life and explore what life has in store for us with all the hopes and aspirations.

It is important that one learns through the journey of life and take the bold and necessary steps in life which would bring confidence to live and grow strongly in life. It is significant to look forward in life for the opportunities that would enable a person to grow and look forward in life with high spirits and strength.

Initially, I started as a trainer in a local gym near by. I developed and learnt a lot since I always wanted to grow and work in health sector. I wanted to learn all the acts of the health management through which I would make a great breakthrough in the lives of the people and make them achieve good health standards in life by creating awareness through health campaigns, encouraging people to take up good health practices, be it yoga or running or exercise. 

In the initial years I met a lot of trainers, talked to many health experts, learnt from lot of individuals, talked to people about their health issues, worked upon several aspects that would me understand the concept in a better way. 

After the experience of few years, I started taking personal training sessions and it started giving great results to my clients and they were amazed to see the transformation into themselves and their lives. It was great to influence people about their health and welfare. Though it was not on a large scale, but I was happy to make changes in life of few people. 

After several years of experience, I decided to start a gym of my own and train several segments of people by taking special sessions for them at different timings by planning the schedules accordingly. Initially, the development and awareness was quite low, but after a certain period of time, the venture turned out to be a successful one for me. I could give employment to people, provide information about health and related benefits, encourage people to work upon themselves and their health. Things started taking a good and positive turn for myself and others. I knew, I was doing something good for the people. I encouraged my fellow trainers and friends to take the bold and strong steps which would be beneficial for themselves as well as the society, so that they can attain bliss and happiness in life. 

This is how I started a new life for myself. I am loving what I am doing and would continue to do so. I would love to plan and take up several such new initiatives in life which would be beneficial for myself and others.

The rays of HOPE in GYM

Something I would reckon the most in life is the high spirits that one gains through the workout sessions in gym. There is lot of positivity that one fills oneself with for the next 24 hours and gives one's best shots throughout the day. It is important to stay motivated and be in positive mood which would bring the fruitful and desired results. This would lead to emanation of optimism and positive energy into the environment which would turn the tables in favour of all the individuals around. The main thing to be kept in mind is to be happy, cheerful and hopeful all the time. The negativity shall itself drive away from the environment and takes one closer to where one wants to go in life.

I would like to narrate an incident from real life that filled me with the lessons of optimism and to look ahead in life with hopes and aspirations that would make life seem better for myself and others. It is a great delight to serve humanity through the teachings that life has offered me and taught me in the journey of life. In the life's process it is essential that one pays attention to the short details in life because they are bound to teach some of the significant lessons of life which would take one close to attainment of pure bliss in life.

The best optimism lesson to me life has been taught to me by one of my client who suffered paralysis attack who was so determined and optimistic to fight back life and stand on one's own legs fighting the odds that would come in his way.

After his way back from hospital and with the sessions of his physiotherapy, he was a regular visitor to gym. I was thrilled and shocked to see his determined attitude. Though it was initially it was difficult for him to move and take up with the workout, but later with each passing day he was improving upon his health conditions. The optimism in his attitude was laudable and worth learning. 

After 7 months of his strong will power and determined efforts, he was walking perfectly on his legs and was doing best among the rest in the gym. He was back to daily schedule and routine sessions in the gym. Through his determined efforts, he motivated everyone around him and encouraged so many other people in the gym.

Though I trained him, but he instilled in me the positive lessons of optimism and hopes in life. It is important for an individual to have hopes and aspirations in life to move ahead in life and fight the hardships in life with positive attitude in life. 

He filled me with the lessons of optimism to face life in a hopeful and helpful manner which would make differences in life. There is a lot to learn from life and we must always be ready to take learnings from life and we must give it back in the best possible way.

The way we make our minds to think and function in the gym premises is how we carry out our workout sessions at the gym.

We, at first, need to make up our minds before we begin the workout. The workout i the gym has to carried out properly so that the workout that one does turns out to be fruitsul and effective. 

It is important that one takes onself seriously in the gym and do not play out there. A slight deviation from being attentivecan lead to disasters in gym and could lead to serious injuries.

The GYM ESSENTIALS!

There is a manner in which one should carry oneself in the gym and should be presentable enough and in a comfortable state as well.

Below is a list of gym essentials which one must carry with oneself while considering to make gym as a habit in daily schedule.

a) Gym wear: 
The inividual should be comfortable with the clothings one wears in gym. This would make the body's movements flexible and in the right manner without blocking and aiding with the workouts. The dry fits are appropriate to fall into this category as that absorbs the sweat and keeps one dry during the workout sessions.

b) Gloves: 
Gloves is another essential which one must always carry with oneself during the gym. This prevents the slipping during the functional and weight training, and preventing injuries that might arise as a result of the slipping of weights.

c) Sports Shoes:

d) Sipper:
